Beer description
The progeny of a joint effort with the lovely humans at Cellador, this supremely tasty saison was built on a malt bill of extra pale pils, Vienna, malted oats, & flaked wheat. Hopped with Saaz and Strata before being aged in oak foeders, the resulting beverage is funky, complex, and incredibly drinkable with lovely floral notes complimented by citrus and undertones of oak and vanilla. It’s dope; we recommend it.
