Modern Times - Decahex: Double Coconut

Decahex was our tenth anniversary beer, brewed around 2.5ish years ago. The goal of this beer was to be a MEGA rendition of Mega Devil’s Teeth, allowing its own uniqueness to show, while doubling down on the biscuit/bready notes of the beloved stout. We aged it in some of the very best barrels we had, 10-year Bourbon Barrels! When we were done, we had an incredible beer already, but we didn’t stop there... we proceeded to dose this to the gills with nearly 50 pounds per barrel of Coconut. It is pure coconut chocolate candy, a megalith of a beer.
