First brewed back in 2020, Doom Hawk is one of our thickest, richest Imperial Stout bases.
Allowed to age for four years in premiere Colorado whiskey barrels, this extreme aging time helped temper the usually hot nature of these barrels. The resulting beer is fabulously thick. Expect aromas of baking spice, the darkest of cocoas, and a taste all its own – espresso, mocha, and hints of vanilla.
