It seems we’ve breached yet another echelon of elegance with this double barrel-aged behemoth. We took two already delicious batches of our impeccable, light-impermeable dessert stout, blended them together, and aged that liquid excellence in bourbon barrels (named for some ethereal topography) for 6 months. Our work wasn’t done; we then racked it into more (different) bourbon barrels for an additional 6 months, making for a singularly delicious exhibit of decadence.
