Beer description
This edition of our beloved imperial stout blend was created from aging this fine liquid in non-peated (i.e. dried without the use of smoke) scotch barrels for 13 months before racking the beer onto 10 lbs of both Peruvian and Dominican cocoa nibs, 4 lbs of Ugandan vanilla, 8 oz of cinnamon sticks, 130g of sea salt, and a dash of malt syrup to taste. The results are spectacular, with a singular scotch flavor that sings in perfect harmony with the spiciness, sweetness, maltiness, and saltiness of the adjuncts
