Beer description
We aged this red sour for 14 months in red wine barrels before infusing it with amburana wood spirals for two and a half weeks. Then, we refermented it on Fuyu persimmons and Nagami kumquats, yielding a tart, funky fruit-splosion with lovely undertones of vanilla that’s complex, quaffable, and undeniably delightful
