The latest iteration of our tribute to the dark-magic-made-flesh that is Cassidy Symons, this beastly dessert stout is a blend of Beastmaster, Dragon Mask, & Modem Tones, and Monsters’ Park, all aged in bourbon barrels from two legendary distilleries for 7-14 months. Here’s where it gets ridiculous: We added Indonesia Tahitiensis vanilla, toasted almond slices,. Peruvian cacao nibs, raw coconut flakes, peanut butter powder, and a whole bunch of wild Thai bananas. If you’re a connoisseur of pastry bois, or are just really into rad stuff, we don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
