Beer description
This funky saison was brewed with a mix of California, Oregon, and North Carolina craft malts and fermented with a blend of Modern Times and Burial mixed cultures. For this version, we aged the beer for ten months in three white port barrels and one tawny port barrel, then racked it onto second-use blueberries & Madagascar vanilla. It’s a soul-stirring journey of glorious, funky complexity.
