Brewed with a mix of CA, OR, and NC craft malts, this collab with our friends at Burial Brewing was fermented with mixed cultures, Juice yeast, and Burial house yeast, aged in Madeira barrels for a whopping two years, and then racked onto 1200 lbs of Black Splendor plums from Sunny Cal Farms. Deep, complex funk meets an abundance of stone fruit radness, all underscored by beautiful notes of oak that really take the whole thing to a seriously stellar level.
