Modern Times - Glimmer Void (w/ Vanilla)

We added a hefty helping of strawberries to a blend of our red wine barrel-aged dark sour beers and then conditioned the whole shebang on a bed of Madagascar vanilla. The resulting beer is an outrageously tasty confluence of strawberry-laden tart complexity and luxurious vanilla.
