, In keeping with the farmhouse tradition, Lomaland is brewed with barley, wheat and corn, giving it a complex and delicious malting body that pairs beautifully with food. Czech Saaz hops are added to the cauldron to give it a slightly grassy, peppery note and just enough bitterness. The unmistakably rustic, earthy aroma comes from the unique blend of traditional Belgian yeast strains (95% Dupont / 5% Westmalle) that you use to ferment them.
