Beer description
This exquisite iteration of our behemoth imperial stout blend was born of a set of 3 bourbon barrels, 2 of which aged for 8 months and the other for 10. We then added 30lbs of oven-roasted pistachios, 20lbs of oven-roasted walnuts, 1.3gal of agave syrup, 4.5oz of Cassia cinnamon, and 20 fl oz of rose water. It puts the “pastry” in pastry stout, bursting with honey notes and rich, nutty goodness.
