Beer description
We aged this magical mélange of imperial stouts for 14 months to 2.5 years. Then we added Sea Salt, Sliced Toasted Almonds, Mexican and Sri Lankan Vanilla beans, and a perfectly even mix of Mexican and Peruvian Cocoa Nibs. It’s a rich, complex liquid confection, inspired by the Salted Truffle with a bit of Almondy goodness mixed in.
