If you enjoy being utterly delighted, we feel like you’re going to dig this one. We aged a single batch of Monsters’ Park in Colombian rum barrels for 16 glorious months before dosing it with generous amounts of wild Thai bananas, lime essence, heaps of toasted & untoasted coconut, and vanilla. The result is a rich, swirling vortex of deep chocolate, toffee, and tropical dessert character that does its namesake proud.
