Beer description
We aged this imperial stout in bourbon barrels for over a year before stuffing the hell out of it with house-roasted Idea Machine coffee, toasted coconut, and untoasted macaroon-cut coconut. Having had the privilege of an advance tasting, we can confidently say that this beer is capable of turning even an absolute nightmare of a week into a borderline-tolerable situation. At least for a few glorious moments.
