Beer description
Champurrado is the ultimate winter drink: thick, chocolaty, cinnamon-y and sweet.
We decided to try an homage to this regionally popular drink by racking out Monsters' Park aged in Rye Barrels, then adding Mexican Vanilla, Mexican Cocoa Nibs, Piloncillo (unrefined Mexican Sugar), and a touch of cinnamon. The result can warm the iciest winter night. It has some nice, developed sugar, spice, and a thickness that binds it all together.
