This single batch of our beloved imperial stout was aged for a whole year in sherry-finished whiskey barrels hailing from Centennial State, emerging from its extended stay sporting a delightfully silkiness, with notes of oak, chocolate, and dried fruit underscored by bourbony oak. It’s real good.
