Beer description
This beer was the result of Monsters’ Park in Tequila Barrels for an extended time (33 months!) before being racked out and blender with Ceylon and Cassia Cinnamon, Cocoa Nibs, and Piloncillo, a form of unrefined sugar from Mexico. Tastes of rich chocolate, spiny cinnamon, and complex oak, with background notes of Anejo Mezcal.
