Modern Times - Monsters’ Park Espresso Macaroon (2023)

Monsters’ Park is one of the dryer, more balanced Imperial Stouts in our barrel aging inventory. It contributes lots of baker’s cocoa notes and brings a lot of oak to the table. This edition, aged 24 - 25 months in barrels, features 2 lbs / bbl of Shadow Party coffee, one of our favorite coffees for adding to stouts. It’s a slightly darker roast. We also added 12.5 lbs / bbl of Macaroon Cut Coconut (This is the stuff that will be sitting on top of a coconut fudge cake- crisp, sweet, and caramelized), and then 20.8 lbs / bbl Toasted Coconut. This is one of our favorite adjunct stouts, and is remarkably balanced for how decadent it is. Format: 22oz Bottle Quantity Bottled: 684
