What's better than Monsters’ Park, our hulking Imperial Stout?
Monsters’ Park aged in three different barrels! We first aged Monsters’ Park in Bourbon Barrels, then jumped the same batch out and into Apple Brandy Barrels, then finally Maple Barrels. It’s wonderfully nuanced, and endlessly complex. There’s a lot to unpack here, but keep a keen eye out for some rich dark fruit, complex sugars, and an incredible oak presence.
