Beer description
This is The Dancing Plague - our kettle soured Berliner Weisse - fermented with 12 different strains of Brettanomyces. It pours a cloudy white with a lovely, pillowy white head, and the aroma boasts earthy funk, tropical fruit, cereal grains, and fresh cut grass. The flavor is tart and complex, with a strong wheat character and notes of hibiscus, pineapple, and lemon zest. The finish is bone dry and extremely quenching, this is the funky beer to drink on a hot day with your feet in the water. Dig it.
