Modern Times - Mutual Admiration 3: Nibble Cocoa

This edition features single origin Mexican cocoa nibs from Nibble Chocolate and single-origin Mexican coffee. Nibble is a local company that focuses on single origin, high quality chocolate bars and nibs, and believe you us, these nibs are decadent, featuring a very complex and ultra-rich notes of cognac and dark berry. For the coffee side of the equation, we selected Mexico Innovation Huatusco (washed process with extended fermentation), which features a heavy body, ripe berry notes, and a bit of maple and peach character. They work amazingly well together, creating a beer that has very deep dark fruit notes, a beautiful roast character, and a lush dark chocolate nose. ABV: 12% Format: 22oz Bottle Released: October 2022
