A gin barrel-aged blend of saison with pears, lemon, juniper berries, and pea flowers added. This tart and quaffable spectacle of funk pours a beautiful light purple tint—courtesy of the aforementioned pea flowers—and sports a mixture of citrus, tea, fresh juniper, and a wonderful gin influence.
