Beer description
This utterly compelling cider was comprised of 28% Muscadet de Lense, 24% Domaines, 24% Marie Menard, and 24% Yarlington Mill apples. We fermented these English & French marvels with house cultures, and aged the subsequent beverage for over 8 glorious months in sherry casks which had previously held Modem Tones. The result is a convergence of fruited funk, oaky complexity, and crisp, sparkly radness that’s truly a thing to behold.
