Beer description
We fermented Oregon-grown Wickson apple juice with an all-star lineup of our house funky saison cultures before aging the whole shebang in Acacia wood Sauvignon Blanc wine barrels for 7 months and conditioning with champagne yeast. The result is an funky, complex, and utterly lovely adult beverage that’s a testament to just how cool the cider world can be.
