Modern Times - Shrine of the Forsaken Gods

This formidably tasty flavor-beast is the outcome of our collaboration with Jester King in Austin, TX. Brewed with a simple malt bill of pilsner, oats, & spelt, we then split the batch and fermented with both breweries’ respective house cultures before blending them and refermenting on a bed of delicious raspberries. The end result is an outrageously tasty beer, with an intense raspberry aroma that carries through to the flavor alongside a funky, rustic acidity that is an absolute joy to apply to the taste buds.
