Modern Times - Small Circle: Zinfandel

Prepare thy face-piece for a surpassingly elegant experience in adult beverages. We aged this delightful sour blond ale in red wine barrels for two glorious years before racking it onto a full ton of zinfandel grapes, courtesy of the excellent folks at Las Jaras Wines. The finished beer is a beautiful marriage of funk, bright acidity, and an abundance of wine character that shines through in stellar fashion. An irresistible taste is only one factor of the equation though. Winemaker Joel Burt once told us that they ensure every wine that Las Jaras makes is both delicious AND sexy. Well, the beverages we made with them are drop-dead gorgeous, so we'll be packaging it in clear glass as opposed to the dark glass pictured in the mockup
