We were sitting around thinking about how awesome banana sundaes were when it occurred to us that we totally had the technology to make one in liquid form. So we did, and this is it. We started with a delicious bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout and then added absurd amounts of wild Thai banana (8lbs/bbl), Dominican cocoa nibs (3lbs/bbl), toasted coconut (10.8 lbs/bbl), untoasted coconut (6.5 lbs/bbl), Ugandan vanilla (.78 lbs/bbl), and toasted, sliced almonds (4 lbs/bbl). The result is an explosion of delicious dessert-fueled nostalgia that we’re extremely glad we made
