Beer description
This glorious blonde sour was aged for an entire year in Angelica wine barrels. The Californian sweet, fortified wine that was once housed in these barrels is known for its velvety dessert character, often boasting notes of crème brûlée and caramel. We thought these subtle notes would be perfectly complemented by a hefty helping of peaches (1,000 total, to be exact). The resulting libation is wonderfully complex, with the stonefruit up front, followed by notes of hazelnut and honey, all tied up with a beautiful, funky bow
