Beer description
We crafted this magnificently crushable Grisette with the homies from 3 Magnets in Olympia, Washington. Starting with a spartan, meticulously chosen malt bill consisting chiefly of Barke Pilsner & Barke Vienna Malt, the beer was fermented with saison & Sacc Trois yeasts and dry-hopped with Grüngeist hops and a pinch of Jacobsen Fleur de Sal. All told, it's a light-bodied, incredibly refreshing beer, with Belgian spice aroma over a pineapple backbone and a touch of minerality thay brings the whole thing home in an immensely pleasing fashion.
