Modern Times - Yellow

This consummately lovely beer is a part of Siren Craft Brew’s Rainbow Project, which pairs breweries from the U.K. with other brewers the world over to create beers inspired by colors of the rainbow. It’s a super rad project, and we’re incredibly stoked to both be part of it and to be paired with the excellent folks at Hawkshead Brewing. Together, we created a funky, red & white wine barrel-aged saison, fermented with wild yeast we cultured from local loganberries and racked onto 1800 pounds of fresh Katy apricots. It’s a fruity, complex, and unstoppably refreshing tribute to our designated color, and we couldn’t be more psyched for you to try it.
