Wind is a Belgian Quadrupel that blends age-old Trappist traditions with modern innovation. Brewed with a unique yeast from a renowned Trappist monastery, known for its rich red fruit aromas, it’s balanced by the fresh bitterness of sustainable “Tango” hops. Inspired by one of the Eurekas we’ve crafted for the Moersleutel Guild, the recipe has been further refined—just a touch more hop, a little less caramel, and a luxurious cassonade sugar that adds a warm, bakery-like aroma, enhancing the deep caramel notes. The result is a smooth, velvety beer that captures the essence of classic Belgian brewing traditions with a bold, contemporary Moersleutel twist.
