Could You Calculate the Torsion Torsion is all about strength and flexibility, just like this IPA, which spins classic hops into a new, complex blend of flavours. In this IPA we bring back Strata hops for the first time since our legendary ‘Strata x7’. Strata is known for its bold flavours – dank, piney, grassy with a hint of citrus. This time we’ve combined it with Citra and Mosaic. The real innovation is the use of the Cryo variety of Crosby hops. The Strata Cryo offers a super-high concentration of hop aroma and flavour. It is also the first time we have used CGQs, which adds an extra layer of complexity. The result is CYCT Torsion, a triple dry-hopped IPA in collaboration with Northern Monk. The flavour profile revolves around tropical notes, berries and a fresh, spicy finish. With a slightly drier character, it is the perfect choice for hop lovers looking for a new twist on a classic style. Cheers!
