Moersleutel - Tonka Creme Brûlée Demolitionist

Tonka Creme Brûlée Demolitionist is a super deluxe triple mashed pastry stout you could easily call dessert. Earlier this year, we brewed the Eureka Creme Brûlée Stout, which both our team and the Guild Members loved a lot and we couldn’t wait to see what our buddy Willy would think. Of course, we tweaked the recipe a bit. This time, we added a hefty dose of tonka beans and even more vanilla, sourced from Papua New Guinea, bringing notes of bourbon, dates, and cookie dough. And naturally, a touch of brown sugar was a must for that authentic crème brûlée vibe. For a little extra kick, we threw in some dark roasted coffee, while English yeast adds a layered, light fruity edge. And yes, it’s triple mashed, making it almost as thick as the real deal.
