Mogwaï Beer Company - 90 Minutes IPA

90 Minutes IPA brewed by the Mogwaï craft brewery (Mundolsheim, Bas-Rhin), in collaboration with the Lille brewpub hôp[i] . Inspired by Dogfish Head's famous Minutes IPAs (60, 90, and 120), this creation pays homage to old-school hoppy beers. During a 90-minute boil , Chinook and Simcoe hopswere added every 5 minutes, resulting in intense aroma and a well-structured bitterness. A robust and expressive IPA with a resinous, floral, and slightly fruity profile , and a lingering bitterness that coats the palate. An authentic and uncompromising beer, designed for hop lovers who appreciate the crisp character of old-school IPAs.
