Beer description

The Mohren Hopfenplotz is resinous in smell, smells of forest and a subtle note of honey. The hop platter is full-bodied, has a pleasant but crisp bitterness, honey notes. Long drink with long lingering bitterness. Food pairings: Spicy foods, Asian dishes, Mexican, chili, cheese and bacon plates.
