Mohrenbrauerei - Pale Ale

This top-fermented beer type originally comes from England and is the beer type par excellence there - whoever orders a “beer” there gets a pale ale. It is a relatively young variety that has been brewed with light (= "pale") malt since the 18th century. The rare fruit aroma of the Mohren Pale Ale is reminiscent of a basket full of tropical fruits. Mohren's creation is fruity and fresh with a pleasant, balanced bitterness. It is cold-hopped with a special, very aromatic hop variety after the main fermentation.
