Sibeeria - Mole Stole my Bananas

Imperial Stout w/ Banana & Cocoa, 30° Plato, 10.7% ABV. Falkon is celebrating 10 years as a brewery, so we invited Cuba to our brewery with a big box of bananas and celebrated with one long late night batch. You may already know how it goes with our imperial stouts: +/-30° Plato, smooth, creamy texture, aged on many pounds of premium Mexican cacao beans and... bananas! We added these on both the hot and cold side of the process to best mimic the legendary mole cake hiding bananas under a layer of cocoa, because that's what we think is the best cake to celebrate these culottes. At the same time, if you were looking for the perfect dark beer with more than 10% alcohol for summer, this is exactly what you're looking for.
