Monde Hors Saison Saaz

This surprising hybrid beer, where the fruity yeast flavours are mellow and are quite dry in the mouth with a pilsner-like hopping, is sure to please your taste buds. Brewers have always experimented with various types of malt and hops, brewing techniques and, more recently, different yeasts. Brewer had the idea to brew a traditional pilsner (Pilsner malt and Saaz hops) and ferment it with a saison yeast at low temperature. Cheers!
