Beer description

Scotch Ales originated in Scotland, but a little-known fact is that versions were also created in Belgium. In tribute to the Scottish soldiers who helped free Belgium at the end of World War II, Belgian brewers began to brewing the beer style loved by their Scottish liberators. Brewed according to this tradition, Le Trinqueur offers a nice, round maltiness with hints of dried fruit and burnt caramel. Coriander seeds add a fine herbal note to complement these flavours.
