Beer description
Nigori is brewed with more than 40% rice, Sorachi Ace Japanese hops, white wine must and a little wasabi. Fermented with a sake yeast and partially filtered, it has a cloudy appearance known as nigori in Japanese. The rice makes this beer somewhat creamy and full-bodied like certain white wines. The main flavours are rather fruity, not unlike some kinds of sake, leading to a hop finish with a hint of wasabi. Kanpai !
Before you finish pouring, swirl the beer around at the bottom of the container to bring out the full cloudiness.
Haiku.
