Beer description
This is a blend of an Old Ale from English tradition aged in barrels of two different ”Single Malt” from Scotland. The result has caramel and dried fruit flavours with a touch of alcohol softened by the roundness and complexity of the malts. Perceived at the time of bottling, the scotch flavours with a light peaty finish are balanced and the result will evolve as it ages in the bottle. Store upright, in a cool, dry place.
