Monde PasSage

Created in collaboration with Damien Demunter during a visit from the owner-brewer of Belgian brewery Belgo Sapiens, this strong Belgian-style golden beer features soft malt notes, fruit flavours (pear, orange, apple) and a hint of honey. The addition of Belgian hops and grains of paradise results in a delicate floral and spicy finish with a low bitterness.
