Le Seigneur Noir has an inclination for bourbon that serves him well. The notes of torrefied and roasted grains are mellowed by slightly spiced sweet flavours along with hints of oak and vanilla from the bourbon barrels.
The taste of alcohol is well perceived without being overwhelming and completes the long presence on the palate of the Seigneur Noir Bourbon.
