Monde Reserve du Picoleur Gueuze 2016

A unique beer coming from Belgium, a Gueuze is a blend of different Lambic style beers. Inspired by the Belgian Gueuze Blenders (a trade almost gone), Head Brewer, Dominic Charbonneau, and his team selected the proportions of the three yearly batches of aging Lambic type beers that compose Gueuze 2016. This Lambic inspired beers are brewed according to a typical ancestral Belgian process and fermented with the yeasts present in the surrounding air. The result is a blend that is sour, complex and aromatic. A taste of history at every sip!
