Monde Reserve du Picoleur Porter Glace 5

Extra Strong Porter. As done in the past with regular porters, ice porters are produced from a mixture of beers. Porter de Glace 5 is a cryoconcentrated blend of several beers, some of which were aged in oak or developed with wild yeasts. On the nose, the scent of hay is accented by aromas of chocolate and alcohol. On the palate, a slightly spicy attack precedes flavours of toast, chocolate and crème brulée with a grainy finish. A highly diverse blend that delivers complex flavours.
