Beer description
During the 1600s, despite government decrees aiming to reserve wheat only for bread making, some obviously defiant brewers continued using it to make beer. In tribute to those courageous craftsmen, the brewery have developed an extra strong beer with a LOT of wheat.
Dark red Vin de froment is round, sweet and syrupy, and features bread crust, honey candy and toffee flavours.
