Beer description

Sauvage # 2 combines wild yeast, wood and a resinous flavours with a subtle tartness. The mixed fermentation of Saison, Brettanomyces lambicus and bruxellensis yeasts gives it distinctive notes of leather, pepper and stewed yellow fruit. It’s a tribute to the rustic beers enjoyed in days of old on the farms of Wallonia.
