Beer description

Rye Bitter. Ah, the English bitters! This ubiquitous style is found in pubs throughout Britain. Featuring a slightly malty and dry hoppy profule, bitters are prized as easy-drinking, thirst-quenching session ales. Seiglerie offers they typical light maltiness of a traditional bitter and typical English hops but introduces an unexpected spicy flavour via the addition of a decent amount of malted rye. Dry hopping adds a floral finish without bringing excessive bitterness.
