Beer description
Solera is an aging and assembly process in which brews are traditionally transferred from top to bottom in stacked oak barrels. During bottling, some of the oldest beer at the bottom of the barrels (Solera) is tapped and replaced by a younger brew from barrels above and so on until the top barrels are filled with a fresh brew. Over time, this process standardizes the flavours. The acidity created by the acidophilus bacteria in Solera delivers a dryness in the mouth that, with added citrus notes, makes it a refreshing and pleasant nectar.
